Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold device in which, for example, in the bottom surface of a U-shaped side channel/a water passage, a channel stripe is formed at an approximately central position in its width direction, since water flows along the channel stripe even when the amount of water is small, sludge etc., are not retained in the side channel and which can be manufactured easily by somewhat changing an existing mold device when a concrete product in such a special shape is produced and to easily and inexpensively provide the concrete product using the mold device.
SOLUTION: In the mold device for forming the approximately U-shaped side channel/the water passage having a bottom mold, an approximately reverse U-shaped inner mold mounted on the bottom form, and a pair of outer forms erected from the bottom form at distances on both sides of the inner mold, an auxiliary mold of a protrusion is fitted to the approximate center of the apex part of the inner mold.
