Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold tray which is easy to bend in a cover surely, and a method and device for easily producing the mold tray.
SOLUTION: A mold tray made of pulp fiber P as a main material and obtained by forming the pulp fiber P in a mold comprises a storage part 2 and cover 3 formed integrally and has a bend part 5 in a border between the storage part 2 and cover 3, the bend part 5 being formed thinly in comparison with other parts at the time of mold formation. Thus, because the thin bend part 5 bends surely and the storage part 2 and cover 3 are satisfactorily fitted together, a leakage of contents, etc., are not caused. Also, the bend part 5 bends easily, therefore this prevents the cover 3 from springing up and eliminates effort to bend the bend part surely.
