This molding equipment for the bead core comprises a bead former having a guide section 21 for taking up a metal wire 1, and a pitch roller which is arranged in close vicinity to the bead former, which has an opening for supporting the metal wire 1 and which can move the metal wire 1, supported by an opening, in the width direction of the guide section 21. The guide section 21 has a wall portion 21B perpendicular to a bottom portion 21A, and an inclined portion 21C which connects the bottom portion 21A and the wall portion 21B together.
