To provide a fixture for a molding decorating to cover a groove having a strong fixed force, not causing unfixing even by the long-term vibration of a vehicle body, and not requiring an adhesive tape.
This fixture 1 is provided with a base 2 fixed on the bottom surface 49 of the groove 45. First molding edge locking portions 6 locked to the first incurved edges of the molding and second molding edge locking portions 7 locked to the second incurved edges of the molding are erected from the base. A blind rivet 5 is retained by a blind rivet retaining portion 9 located adjacently to the first molding edge locking portions 6. The base has a pin receiving portion 14 formed between the second molding edge locking portions 7 and the blind rivet retaining portion 9 for connecting a pin 3 having a multistage rachet claw provided around its shaft. The base is provided with a stopper 19 abutting on a sidewall 47 and located adjacently to the second molding edge locking portions 7. The stopper 19 abuts on the sidewall when the shaft of the pin 3 is pushed in.
