Title:
MOLDING LAMINATED MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH07276357
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain formation of molding laminated material which is superior in shaping properties and stabilized, by a method wherein thermosetting resin is made into a semi-cured state by heat-treated a plurality of layers of laminated body having at least one layer possessing the thermosetting resin.

CONSTITUTION: A laminated body 1 where fiber-reinforced prepregs 2 for which thermosetting resin is used as matrix resin are laminated is heat-treated, the thermosetting resin is made into a semicured state and a molding laminated material. In other words, the prepreg is preheated at 60-100°C and then cooled at a room temperature or lower and the laminated body 2 is made into a matter having hardening degree of 50-95% and a glass transition temperature of 70-100°C. Therefore, the molding laminated material 1 is self-formed and held at the room temperature and handling becomes easy. Then heated and softened at the time of molding and a complicated form can be conformed and set easily to even a mold. Then the same is cured by heating up to the glass transition temperature. Therefore, a molded matter which is superior in shaping properties to various forms and has high rigidity and stabilized and complicated form can be manufactured efficiently.
