To provide a molding mechanism of a high precision optical lens and its product.
The molding mechanism comprises a first split die and a second split die mated with the first die, and the two dies are fixed to form a cavity for molding an optical lens when the two split dies are clamped. When the dies are opened, the two dies are separated from each other and the die to which a lens adheres is equipped with a lens core and a protecting ring core integrally fixed with each other. The extruding device for the die to which the lens adheres is placed on the protecting ring core along its peripheral direction. The optical lens contains the body of the lens and the protecting ring extending from the edge of the body of the lens, and by subjecting the surface of the core used for forming the protecting ring of the optical lens to a matte-finishing treatment, the upper and lower surfaces of the protecting ring of the optical lens become an opaque and matte-finished surface.
