Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for molding a hydraulic material to practically mold even a molding of various projection and recess shape and undercut with large mold cost reduction and excellent mass productivity by immediately mold releasing an uncured molding while enclosing it by a film as it is after charging material without using a split mold.
SOLUTION: A porous ventilating mold 10 on a vacuum sucking base 11 is covered with a heated non-self-supported flexible thin film thermoplastic resin film 13, sucked to a shaping surface of a cavity of the mold 10, and a convexo-concave shape is transferred by plastic deformation. Then, fresh concrete S is charged, excited, and compacted. Thereafter, a normal plate 15 having vent holes 15a is matched, vacuum evacuated to vacuum seal a molding by the plate 15 and the film 13, and mold released. After the material is charged and before the mold releasing step, the mold 10 is stopped vacuum evacuating, gas is rapidly fed to separate the shaping surface of the cavity from the film 13 at an adhesive boundary surface.
