Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To press-form a deep uneven pattern on an inorganic molded plate.
SOLUTION: A slurry 18 which is a molding raw material is stored in a storage tank 17, and a cylindrical rotating body 14 which is spanned with a filtering belt 11, is immersed in the slurry 18 in the storage tank 17, and rotated, and thus, the pressure of the inside of the cylindrical rotating body 14 is reduced, and the molding raw material is drawn onto the surface of the filtering belt 11 in the slurry 18, and carried. The molding raw material is dropped on a molding conveyor 23 from the front end in the carrying direction of the filtering belt 11, and at the same time, while the dropped molding raw material is coarsely crushed by a rotating body 24 for crushing and dispersing, the molding raw material is dispersed and accumulated on the molding conveyor 23. The accumulated body of the molding raw material is carried by the molding conveyor 23, and after spreading the slurry which is the molding raw material from a slurry spreading device 25 to the accumulated body of the molding raw material, the accumulated body of the molding raw material is compression- molded into a mat shape by a roll press 26, and the mat-shape molded article 28 is press-molded to form this inorganic molded plate having an uneven pattern on the surface.
