Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method of a molded article capable of maintaining appearance quality without reducing productivity.SOLUTION: A molding method of a molded article 20 is a method for continuously molding the molded article by using a prepreg 10 manufactured by impregnating a resin into a carbon fiber. The molding method of a molded article has a process for preliminary molding the prepreg by a preliminary mold 102 corresponding to a shape of the molded article while heating the prepreg by a second temperature T2 [°C] which is lower than a first temperature T1 [°C] at which three dimensional crosslinking initiates, then molding the prepreg by a mold 103 corresponding to a shape of the molded article while heating the prepreg at the first temperature or higher. The process overlaps at least a part of a time zone for molding one prepreg by the mold and a time zone for preliminary molding another prepreg by the preliminary mold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
