CONSTITUTION: The device concerned has a plurality of separately rotating turntables 11 arranged in one row in the same horizontal and a pair of electrodes 14, which opposes to each other so as to pinch the space above a plurality of the turntables arranged in one row from both sides along the row. Each turntable 11 preheats separately a tablet 1, which is placed singly at upright posture on the turntable 11, while being rotated without coming into contact with the electrodes 14.
