Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an improved molding system for a fiber reinforced resin hollow member simplified in process and capable of solving a problem of the impregnation inferiority of a resin.
CONSTITUTION: A molding system is constituted of a process (a) coating a fiber with a resin 2, a process (c) knitting a resin coated fiber 4 around a core 6 to mold a hollow member 7 and a process (d) heating the knitted hollow member 7 from which the core 6 is removed to melt and diffuse the coating resin of the fiber 1.
