An elastic press member 24 is molded by clamping a pressure adjusting member 27 by adjusting template 25 and a supporting plate 26. The pressure adjusting member 27 is provided with a contact face 42 being inserted into a drawing-out hole 28 of the template 25 and flush with the template 25 and being provided with the elastic force and brought into contact with a package. Even when the internal space of the package is changed, the deformation amount is absorbed by the contact face 42 to secure the pressing force and mold a good polygon.
