PURPOSE: To provide a molten metal pouring structure, in which the treatment is easy and the oxidation of the molten metal and the increase of impurity are not developed and 100% of hole opening can safely and surely be performed at a low cost.
CONSTITUTION: This pouring structure is constituted with an upper vessel 1 for storing the molten metal 10, a lower vessel 3 for storing the molten metal 10 flowed down from the upper vessel 1, a pouring nozzle 2 communication- connected with the upper vessel 1 and providing a flowing passage opening/ closing means 22 and guiding the molten metal 10 flowed down from the upper vessel 1 to the lower vessel 3, combustible plugging material 4 beforehand plugged into the upper part from the flowing passage opening/closing means 22 in the pouring nozzle 2 and piping 6 for burning the plugging material introduced into the pouring nozzle 2 at the lower part from the flowing passage opening/closing means 22 and blowing oxygen-containing gas near the combustible plugging material 4 against the combustible plugging material 4 to burn the combustible plugging material 4.
