A mortar feeder is provided with a mortar pump 10 compression feeding mortar 6 in a tube 14 by pressing the tube 14 by rollers 13A and 13B set respectively on the ends of a plurality of rotating arms 12A and 12B rotating in the peripheral direction, an introduction chute 20 dispersing the mortar 6 discharged out of the mortar pump 10 on a plurality of positions along the peripheral direction of a pipe 1 and feeding the mortar around the pipe 1 and a damper 32 provided on the introduction chute 20 and absorbing the pulsation generated in the mortar pump 10.
