Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor drive device to rotationally drive a rotor in an external force acting direction, a motor installed roller provided with the motor drive device, and a carrier device which makes the motor installed roller as a drive source.
SOLUTION: A roller conveyer 45 is disposed side by side with a plurality of motor installed rollers 1 in which a motor 3 is installed inside each roller body 2, and follower rollers 46. In the motor installed roller 1, a motor drive control device 18 to control the drive of the motor 3 is fixed. If the motor installed roller 1 is actuated by an external force with an object to be carried by being pushed when the drive of the roller conveyer 45 is stopped, the motor drive control device 18 detects the rotational speed and rotative direction of the roller body 2. A rotation auxiliary circuit 22 of the motor drive control device 18 sends an auxiliary rotation signal to a drive circuit 21 corresponding to the rotational speed and rotative direction of the roller body 2. Based on it, the roller body 2 is rotationally driven.
