Abstract:
To provide a motor drive system, a motor drive method and a program, which decrease a possibility of allowing the operation amount of a servo motor to be unnecessarily long or short during a period since a stop command is input until the servo motor stops.SOLUTION: A motor drive system 1 comprises a servo control part 2 which controls operation of a servo motor 7. The servo control part 2 performs control which stops the servo motor 7 in such a manner that the operation amount of the servo motor 7 during a period since a stop command C1 for stopping the servo motor 7 is input until the servo motor 7 stops is in a braking range which is a predetermined range. The servo control part 2 has a braking control part 22. The braking control part 22 determines the braking range based on information on a position of a drive object 11 to be driven by the servo motor 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
