The motor-driven tool tray includes a plate mount 22 and a frame mount 23 for respectively mounting a motor frame 15 and a pressing plate of a motor-driven circular saw M, and a sawtooth housing 21 for receiving a sawtooth 16 of the motor-driven circular saw M similarly. At least the plate mount 22 of both mounts 22, 23 is inclined to rise toward the sawtooth housing 21, while the frame mount 23 is curved into a recess. In addition, a side of the sawtooth housing 21 is opened, while a housing 30 for receiving parts or the like is provided. Since the motor-driven circular saw M is thus mounted and supported in a slightly inclined state so that a side of the motor frame 15 is lowered, a side of the gravity center of the circular saw M is lowered, thereby stabilizing its supported state.
