Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor driving circuit which can maintain a stop position precision even if a motor is rotated at a high speed.
SOLUTION: In a normal driving rotation, driving currents are supplied to two coils La and Lb so as to have a phase difference between an induced voltage Ea and an induced voltage Eb which are generated between both the ends of the coils La and Lb respectively 90 degrees. When the motor is stopped, the phase difference between the driving currents supplied to the respective coils is reversed and the driving state is switched to a brake driving state at the timing K turns before the number N of turns which gives a target stop position. The number N of the target turns is given by a controller 30 as the target value M of the count number of rotation signals FG counted by a counter 16a. The number K is also given by a power supply voltage measurement circuit 20 as a counted value J. The power supply voltage measurement circuit 20 sets the value J properly in accordance with the voltage of a battery 31.
