Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the rotation unevenness in a rotor.SOLUTION: A motor drive device comprises: a phase detection part that generates a plurality of phase detection signals of a pulse state on the basis of a phase signal outputted from a plurality of phase detection elements in accordance with a phase of a rotor; a frequency detection part that generates a frequency detection signal of a pulse state on the basis of a frequency signal having frequency higher than the phase signal that is outputted from a frequency generation in accordance with a rotational speed of the rotor; a multiplication part that multiples the frequency of the frequency detection signal generated by the frequency detection part, and generates a pulse signal having frequency higher than the frequency; a count part that counts the pulse signal on the basis of a reference of an edge of one phase detection signal from the plurality of phase detection signals generated by the phase detection parts; a driving waveform generation part that generates a plurality of driving waveform signals on the basis of a value counted by the count part; and a motor driving part that drives a motor on the basis of the plurality of driving waveform signals generated by the driving waveform generation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
