To suppress the intrusion of water inside a motor housing.
The motor housing is formed by mutually vertically fitting an upper case 1 and a lower case 2 at each fitting part 11, 21 and stores a motor and its driving circuit inside. An umbrella part 101 is provided to the lower end part of the outer surface 10 of the upper case 1 so as to be laterally projected. A gap in a maximum gap amount α is provided between the umbrella part 101 and the side face 20 of the lower case 2. A cutwater end part P being a part where water drips downward is formed at the position of a lower distance β from the lower face 22 of the lower case 2 in the lower end part of the umbrella part 101. By this, the water, which reaches the cutwater end part P after dripping on the outer surface of the upper case 1 can not move to the fitting end part S side formed on the side face 20 of the lower case. Consequently, the intrusion of the water inside the motor housing can be prevented by a capillary phenomenon in the fitting part.
