Title:
MOTOR SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2009268326
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a motor system capable of exactly making an actuator operate, and detecting the actuator to have hit an obstacle.

A positional signal generator 13 discontinuously changes the signal value by means of a mechanical switching operation, when the actuator 112 passes at a predetermined position. A motor controller 14 measures the signal value again after a predetermined period of time, when the measured signal value equals to a predetermined one. The motor controller 14 sets a driving speed of the actuator 112 on the basis of repeatedly measured another signal value. Accordingly, the motor system 1 can operate the actuator 112 exactly. The motor controller 14 stops continuing to drive the motor when the measured driving speed of the actuator 112 is below the level to be determined to stop the motion. Accordingly, the motor 1 can detect that the actuator 112 has hit the obstacle.
