Abstract:

PURPOSE:To match a Gunn diode properly and easily, and to improve mass productivity. CONSTITUTION:One side of a Gunn diode element is installed to a mount section 1, a resonator 3 is mounted on the other side of the Gunn diode element, the mount section 1 is set up to a waveguide 8, and a lead 4 for feed to the Gunn diode element is fitted to the resonator 3.
