Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile object detector in which a magnetic detection element can receive a magnetic field with a sufficient magnetic flux gradient change.SOLUTION: A mobile object detector S includes: a magnet 1; and a magnetic detection element 2a for detecting a magnetic field of the magnet 1 which is changed by the movement of a detection object 5 made of a magnetic material. The magnet 1 and the magnetic detection element 2a are opposed to each other with the detection object 5 in between, and the detection object 5 is located on a straight line L connecting the center of a detection point 2c of the magnetic detection element 2a and the center of the two-pole magnetization of the magnet 1 to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
