PURPOSE: To prevent the strength lowering, appearance failure, joining failure and the like by heating the part having a specific thickness and increased thickness in its body part and to be a container bottom part of a resin multi-layered pipe, and extending the part into the axial direction of the pipe, at the same time, contracting it in the peripheral direction so as to converge and contract the respective layers of the part into onion shapes and form a bottom part.

CONSTITUTION: The boundary (a part to be the bottom part of a container) of a pipe 6 is heated by an infrared heater 18 capable of taking in and out of the inner part, and after aging it for a while, a pair of molds 9, 9 are closed to the pipe as well as pressed to the outer part of the pipe being turned, and the pipe and the drawing bottom part are worked simultaneously, afterwards, the container 11, 12 are cut away at the boundary and mouth end part 19. After removing the container 11, 12, the pipe 6 is forwarded again so as to perform a next bottom making work in setting on guides 14, 15. Moreover, it is preferable that after heating, the guide 14 is moved to the left side, and after the boundary of the pipe is extended and the pipe is narrowed, or at the same time, a mold pressing and drawing bottom making work is performed. Besides, it may be effective that the multi-layered pipe is a decreased thickness, concretely, is 40mm or less in the average outer diameter of the pipe, 0.4W2.5mm in the average thickness, and 0.02W0.1 in the ratio of the body thickness.
