A plurality of light source sections 10 are arranged centered on a second focal point O2 (centralized heating section) at equiangular intervals. The light source section 10 is constituted of a spheroidal mirror part 11, a spherical mirror part 12 covering the light emitting side, and a light source 13 arranged at the position of a first focal point O1. Light emitted from the light source 13 and reflected from the spherical mirror part 12 passes through the position of the light source 13, directs to the spheroidal surface mirror part 11, reflected therefrom, and directs to the second focal point. The each light source section 10 moves freely in the diameter direction (line R direction)(indicated by D), and turns freely centered on the second focal point O2 in the vertical direction (C direction).
