To provide a multi-stage telescopic drive device reduced in overall length, simplified in piping configuration, and capable of efficiently driving the piston rod of each of cylinder units at the same speed and pressure.
A plurality of cylinder units 13, 13' each having a piston rod 12 slidably inserted into a cylinder part 11 into which hydraulic oil is supplied and to which the hydraulic oil is supplied are arranged parallel to each other in a body frame. The cylinder units are connected in series to each other through an oil passage 11c communicating with a mount for supplying the hydraulic oil stored in the oil reservoir 11a of the first cylinder unit 13 by the first cylinder unit 31 to the oil passage 12a communicating with the rod of the adjacent second cylinder unit 13'.
