Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a multidisc clutch which reduces the load applied to an engine by the reactive torque in following to the instantaneous reactive torque or the small reactive torque when speed of the vehicle is decelerated.
CONSTITUTION: As for a multidisc clutch A used on the vehicle such as motorcycle, power is transmitted by press-attaching a frictional plate 2 between a clutch center 4 and a pressure plate 5. Further the pressure plate 5 presses the frictional plate 2 in the clutch connection direction by the urging forces of a plurality of clutch springs 6. A spring repose means 8 for shifting one edge of the clutch spring 6 which presses the pressure plate 5, in the clutch connection releasing direction, is installed on the whole or a part of the clutch spring 6.
