PURPOSE: To make even a solid-form work holdable in between, by installing a holing part in two spots at both ends of a link parallel with a fixed part in a parallel link, and also installing an energizing device in this link.

CONSTITUTION: There are provided with a link 5 and a claw 8 or a holding part, and a work 11 is inserted into both work receivers 9 and 10, and when a level 1 goes up, both links 3 and 5 are put back by a spring 16, and the claw 8 is fixed to the work 11. Even as for a link 17 and a claw 18, they hold works 13W15 in between at the process likewise. In addition, the link is rotatable centering on a fulcrum 19, energized clock-wise by spring 20, hitting a stopper 21 whereby it keeps its regular position, while the work at the inside is pinched by the claw 18, and the work at the outside is pinched by the claw 8. And, when the work to contact with the claw 8 has come, it is turned round in the inner direction, thus it is designed to be an escaping mechanism.
