PURPOSE: To enable a heat seal lid to be welded positively to the flange of a container body by enabling multilayered structure thin wall container bodies to be manufactured economically without collapsing the layered constitution and giving a secondary work to the manufactured container bodies.
CONSTITUTION: The container body 1 is formed by giving a molding work to a sheet of prefoam having a plurality of resin layers. The prefoam is formed by laminating a injected resin layer 6 by injection molding on the surface a sheet raw material 5 containing a resin layer having a specific function. In the case of injection molding relative to the sheet raw material 5, the injected resin layer 6 is molded wider than the sheet raw material so that the outer periphery C of the molded resin layer 6 lies outside the outer periphery of the sheet raw material 5. In the case of molding relative to the prefoam, the outer periphery of the injected resin layer is supported fixedly. The outer periphery C of the injected resin layer is used as a flange 2 of the container body.
