Abstract:
PURPOSE: To made a resin layer having a specific function exist positively within the flange by economically manufacturing a thin wall container of a multilayered structure with a flange without collapsing the layer constitution, and by enabling the thickness of the flange to be manufactured thin.
CONSTITUTION: A sheet raw material 5 containing a resin layer having a specific function such as gas barrier or the like is mounted in a mold core 9 of an injection molding apparatus 24, and resin is injected into the recession G of the mold in which the sheet raw material 5 is mounted to thereby form a prefoam and, in a state of holding the periphery support part C of the prefoam, a manufactured container part is molded by means of a container molding apparatus 26, and thereafter the manufactured container is cut off from the periphery support part C at the stage part E for forming the flange of a prefoam 7.
