Abstract:
PURPOSE:To deliver easily plural types of pressure through a circuit of a single system by switching the flowing paths to distribute the fluid successively to a high pressure fluid feed device from a low pressure fluid feed device. CONSTITUTION:When a super-high pressure hydraulic pump 2 is driven by a prime mover 1, the pressure fluid is first filled into a pipeline up to the entrance of a cut-off solenoid valve 43 through the pump 2, a non-return valve 17, a low pressure regulating valve 21, a non-return valve 24, a low pressure accumulator 27 and a pressure switching solenoid valve 28 respectively. When the fluid pressure is higher than the value of the regulated pressure, the valve 21 is switched to feed the fluid to the side of a high pressure regulating valve 31. Then the fluid is filled up to the entrance of the valve 31, a non-return valve 33, a high pressure accumulator 36 and the valve 28 respectively. Then the blast work is started after the filling process of fluid is over. A changeover switch 46 is turned on to set one notch, and the valve 43 is opened. Thus the fluid is blown out through a nozzle 45. Then the valve 21 is switched when the pressure is reduced less than the value of the regulated pressure. Thus the fluid is supplied from the pump 2.
