When gear pairs composed of a pair of drive gears 1c, 2c, 3c and driven gears 1e, 2e, 3e meshing each other is provided in an axial direction in series and drive gear shafts 1b-2b, 2b-3b incidental to the gear pairs adjoining each other are connected rotatably as one body, an internal splines 1b1, 2b1 are formed on at least rear end parts of the drive gear shafts 1b, 2b incidental to a front stage side gear pair, an internal splines 2b1, 3b1 are formed on front end parts of the drive gear shafts 2b, 3b incidental to a rear stage side gear pair, a connecting member 5 having external splines 5a on both end parts is put between the drive gear shafts 1b-2b, 2b-3b of front and rear stage, and the external splines 5a of the connecting member 5 are engaged with the internal splines 1b1, 2b1, 3b1 of the corresponding drive gear shafts 1b, 2b, 3b to connect the drive gear shafts 1b, 2b, 3b rotatably as one body.
