To provide a multitubular piping device, and a multitubular piping attachment manifold connecting tubes having a plurality of passages by a joint, and concurrently carrying out splicing-in of the plurality of passages.
The multitubular piping device is formed with a rotatable multitubular joint carrying out insertion holding of the multitubular tubes having the plurality of passages in the tube. When a negative pressure is fed to one of the multitubular tubes, a pad connected thereto sucks a sucked article, and when a positive pressure is fed to one of the other two tubes, the pad is pushed out and when the positive pressure is fed to the other of the other two tubes, the pad is pulled in. The multitubular piping device further comprises a lock member making rotatable the tube connected to the pad and stopping the rotation of the multitubular joint and a piston connected to the pad. The manifold comprises the plurality of multitubular joints.
