Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a mutant-type colibacillus ribonuclease improved in stability while keeping its enzymatic activity.
CONSTITUTION: The objective mutant-type colibacillus ribonuclease H improved in stability while keeping its enzymatic activity can be obtained by substituting amino acid sequences from the 74th amino acid to the 80th amino acid and from the 111th amino acid to the 120th amino acid of natural colibacillus ribonuclease H respectively with Leu-Lys-Lys-Ala-Phe-Thr-Glu-Gly and with Met-Ala-Pro-His-Arg-Val-Arg-Phe-His-Phe.
