Abstract:
To inspect nailing quality with high accuracy, with respect to a nailing machine.
The nailing machine 10 includes: a nail holder 11 for holding a nail 1; a hammer 12 for nailing down the nail 1 held on the nail holder 11 into workpieces 2A, 2B; and a driving device 13 of the hammer 12. The machine 10 further includes: a load detecting sensor 21 for detecting a nailing load on the hammer 12; a hammer position detecting sensor 22 for detecting the position of the hammer 12; and a discrimination means 30 that acquires detection data of the load detecting sensor 21 and of the hammer position detecting sensor 22 and that discriminates a nailing quality based on the transition of the nailing load and of the hammer 12 position.
