PURPOSE: To provide an emergency escape by integrally providing an outswinging window with less height at the outside of a window frame with a larger height.

CONSTITUTION: An outswinging window 35 with less height is integrally provided adjoiningly to a larger window frame 2, and the outswinging window 35 is removably provided with a necessary number of screens 38, 39, 60, etc., that have opaque members fitted with. By further providing at the outside of the outswinging window 35 with a surface lattice 56, an emergency escape to the outside becomes easy by opening screens 9 and 10 of the larger window frame 2, and, on the outside of the outswinging window 35 an opaque member is provided for the interior of a room not to be seen from outside. Privacy is, thus, well protected.
