To provide a needlesyringe having some disposable components to improve defects that inconvenience of use and low cost performance of known needle syringes.

The syringe body comprises a syringe barrel 11, a finger flange 20, a push rod 30, and a connection tube 12. The hollow cylinder shape syringe barrel 11 is bent at a movable connection part 111, a medicine cartridge 40 is inserted therein, and houses the push rod 30 inserted into the syringe barrel 11 from the finger flange 20. A threaded fixed end is set on the front end of the syringe barrel 11 to make the content of the medicine cartridge 40 recognizable by thread-connecting with the connection tube 12 formed of a transparent material. A double head needle part 13 penetrates a soft piston on the front end of the medicine cartridge 40 into which the rearward directed rear half of the needle pushed by fixing the double head needle part 13 to the connection part by the needle head connection part and pushing the medicine cartridge 40 into the syringe barrel 11 by the pushing rod 30 to make the double head needle part 13 injectable. When the double head needle part 13 is rotated for removing from the connection tube 12, the double head needle part 13 and the medicine cartridge are integrally removed to enable separation from reusable members comprising the syringe barrel 11 and the push rod 30.
