PURPOSE: To obtain new 3-aminopyridazine derivatives used as medicinesactive on a central nervous system especially for the treatments of disturbance of a cognitional memory accompanied with senility and senile dementia and a degeneration syndrome.
CONSTITUTION: The compound of formula I {Rv is 1-4C alkyl; R6 is H, 1-3C alkoxy or OH; Z is formula II [n1 is n2 are each 0 or 1; Y1 and Y2 are each H or 1-3C alkyl; T is Y1 or di 1-3C alkylamino when Y2 is other than H, T is formula III (W is H or S) when n1=n2=1, Y1=CH3 and Y2=H or Y1=H and Y2=CH3, T is formula IV (p is 2 or 3) when n1=n2=1 and Y1=Y2=H, T is formula V (p is 2 or 3; R is 1-3C alkyl) when n1=n2=0 or T is formula VI (p' and p" are each 3 or 4 when n1=1, n2=0 and Y1=H]} and its salt of organic acid or mineral acid e.g. 3-N-(8-azabicyclo[3,2,1]octyl)ethylamino-6-(2- hydroxyphenyl)-5-methylpiridazine is obtained.
