Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the non-control type warp-tensing device of a loom, capable of balancing the inner torques of the tensing device to smoothly treat even easily tearable warps, when the loads of frictional rollers are different from each other.
SOLUTION: In this non-control type warp-tensing device of a loom, plural pedestals are disposed at spaces on a lateral beam fixed over the weaving width to the second structural part 2 horizontally movably disposed on the first structural parts 4 vertically controllably disposed on both side walls 5. The first lever 8 movably disposed within the range of the free end of each pedestal 6 and the second lever 9 fixed to the pedestal 6 loosely support a friction roller 10 and a guide roller 11 with bearings 8a, 9a of slipping bearing style or rolling bearing style. A hinge element 13 for a spring for interlockingly connecting a shaft 12 to the lever 8 is disposed on the shaft 8. A journal supported on both the ends of the friction roller 10, a journal supported on both the ends of the guide roller 11, and connection plates constitute a balancing element to balance the inner torques of the tensing device 1.
