PURPOSE: To provide the titled film having excellent transparency and non- dripping persistence and suitable for use as an agricultural film by incorporating a non-driving agent having a crystallization initiating temp. of 23°C or above, a non-dripping agent having a crystallization initiating temp. of 23°C or below and a plasticizer in a polyolefin resin in a specified ratio.
CONSTITUTION: The titled film is obtd. by incorporating simultaneously Awt% nonionic surfactant having a crystallization initiating temp. of 23°C or above (e.g., sorbitan ester of a 12W22C fatty acid), Bwt% unsaturated fatty acid ester of sorbitan or glycerol having a crystallization initiating temp. of 23°C or below (e.g., sorbitan monooleate) and Cwt% plasticizer (e.g., tricresyl phosphate) in an amount satisfying the relationships of 0.1≤A/B≤6.0 and 0.1≤A/C≤6.0 in a polyolefin resin, e.g., ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer or ethylene/methyl (meth)acrylate copolymer.
