PURPOSE: To inexpensively obtain a paper tableware made of a non-pollution material and to be useful to improve an environmental sanitation by incorporating a pulp, fatty acid salt and a waterproofing agent of its derivative composition group.
CONSTITUTION: Pulp to be used contains 50 to 70 wt.% of bleaching bagasse pulp and 60 to 30 wt.% of bleaching long fiber material pulp in a dose of 92 to 85 wt.%. A dose of a waterproofing agent containing the group consisting of a calcium stearate, calcium palmitate, cellulose stearate, and cellulose palmitate of 8 to 15 wt.%. In the process for producing it, a pulp suspension is regulated by dispersing the pulp and the agent in water to a mixed pulp stock. A method for molding it has the steps of, for example, generating a cardboard by a cardboard molding machine, heat and pressure treating the cardboard to obtain a plastic cardboard. Then, the cardboard is preheated to be softened, pressurized in a dry mold, cut to a paper product.
