PURPOSE: To provide a novel 1-alkoxy-1,3-diazacycloalkane derivative having an improved pesticidal effect (effectiveness and effectiveness persistence).
CONSTITUTION: A compound expressed by formula I ((n) represents 0 or 1, R1 is alkyl, alkyl carbonyl, cycloalkyl carbonyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, -CO-R (R represents a 5- or 6-members heterocyclic group, an aliphatic group, an aromatic group), X represents H, halogen, alkoxy, alkyl thio, (halogen) alkyl carbonyl, phenyl, phenoxy, phenyl, thio, benzoyl or the like, R2 represents H or alkyl) is, for example, ethyl-2-(hexahydro-1-methoxy pyridinyl-2)-2-nitroacetate. The compound is obtained by allowing 1-alkoxyamino-2- or -3-aminoalkane expressed by formula II to react with 1,1-bisalkyl thioalkane expressed by formula III (R3 represents an alkyl). The compound expressed by formula II, where (n) is 1, is a novel compound and is obtained by the reaction of alkyl amine expressed by formula IV with hydroxyamine expressed by formula V.
