Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an extremely easily adjustable nozzle head which eliminates the need for operation of conventionally many screws to adjust the width of a slit and the size of a setback of many nozzles from which thermoplastic synthetic resins fibrously emerge by a melt-blowing method.
CONSTITUTION: The nozzle head satisfys the necessary conditions of (a) A lip-shaped member 6 is mounted on a guide member 7 for the lip-shaped member, (b) The guide member 7 is mounted on a setback member 8 swingably on a horizontal pivot axis 9, and (c) The setback member 8 is mounted on a blowing air feed easing 4.
