Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify the switching of a position control and a rotation speed control with the switching command of a part program by using at the motor provided on the control axis of a machine tool as a servomotor and a spindle motor. CONSTITUTION:A part program 1 is formed as a position command signal by a decoding processing part 2 and a pulse distribution processing part 3. A shaft control processing part 61 sends a prescribed signal to a servocontrol processing part 71, a processing part 71 has a function to control the position, speed and current of a servomotor 9, gives a current command to a speed amplifier 81 and executes the rotation control and position control of a main spindle motor and a control axis motor. Consequently, at the processing part 71, the position command signal, speed command signal and mode setting signal read from the part program 1 are respectively inputted, and in accordance with the mode setting signal, for example, the switching of the control mode from the position control to the rotation speed control of the control axis motor can be executed only by the switching command from the part program 1.
