CONSTITUTION: A mist oil injected from a pressurized air source and a lubricating source is supplied to a pressurized air hole 35 drilled in the vertical direction of the sleeve 2 that is interposed in the form of containing a punch body 4 in the upper turret 1. Also, an oil feeding route is secured from the opening 36 for jetting that is provided on the sleeve 2, to the punch body 4 and the sleeve 2, to each sliding contact part in which a vertical movement is repeated between the sleeve 2 and the upper turret 1, and further to the upper blade 5 that is provided on the lower end of the punch body 4.
