PURPOSE: To enable an easy changing of an operating system of an operating lever as a result of recombinating a simple component, by providing one more set of support member as well as a rotating link setting space so that the aforesaid will be located symetrical to the original rotating link and its support member about an operating lever for construction machinery.

CONSTITUTION: An operating lever 1, which performs an arm motion and a rotating motion of a construction machinery, is rotatably supported by a transmission lever 4 placed at a lever stand 3 through the medium of a lower member 2. A revolving unit 7 or an arm unit 12 of a control valve 6 is driven as a result of pushing down the lever 1 in the direction A or in the direction B. A setting space 14 of a rotating link 10 and another set of support member 13 are provided on the lever stand 3 so that the aforesaid parts are situated symetrical to the original link 10 and its support member 13 about the operating lever 1 and the rotating link 10 can be shifted from the original space to the another space 14. And thus, only recombining of a simple component permits the operating lever 1 to drive the rotating unit 7 and arm unit 12 as a result of pushing down the lever 1 in the reverse direction to the original.
