Abstract:
PURPOSE: To carry out efficient operation of a drying/burning equipment with due consideration given to a value of heat generated from an incinerator and a value of heat consumed by a drying machine by enabling automatic control of operation conducted by a skilled operator.
CONSTITUTION: Manual control by a skilled operator is arranged to be an automatic control by a rule application. A process is provided to perform a fuzzy reasoning by preparing the temperature in an incinerator 2, the temperature of an exhaust gas of a drying machine 4, a damper opening of an induction fan 50 and a feed value of matters to be disposed into the drying machine from a supply hopper 6 of the matters to be disposed as condition part and a set temperature in the incinerator 2, a damper opening of a burning fan 26 and a feed value of the matters to be disposed into the drying machine from the supply hopper 6 for the matter to be disposed as action part.
