PURPOSE: To provide a structure capable of smoothly performing the steering and speed-changing operations of a machine body.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of variable flow control pumps are provided with a swash plate angle controlling means 136 for controlling the swash plate of each variable flow control pump. The, base end part of a spool control lever 100 is connected to a servo-spool 141 attached to the swash plate angle controlling means 136. An end of a connection rod of a pump acceleration and deceleration mechanism is connected to the tip end of the spool control lever 100. The middle part of the spool control lever 100 is pivoted with a pivoting shaft 144 directing its axis in a direction perpendicular to the axial line of the serve-spool. The axial line of the serve-spool 141 connected with the base end part of the spool control lever 100 and the axial line of the connection rod connected to the tip end part are positioned on the same imaginary straight line nearly perpendicular to the pivot of the spool control lever 100.
