Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely input data indicating the operation state of facilities and to precisely monitor the operation state by allowing plural stop factor data to correspond to a stop period in which the inputs of plural stop factor data occurs at the same time.
CONSTITUTION: When the inputs of plural stop factor data B occurs in the same stop period, all the data B are allowed to correspond to the stop period and the measured stop period and the stop time are stored in a storage part 4. When stop factor data B which are not inputted in the stop period are inputted in an operation period following the stop period, the stop factor data B are allowed to correspond to the stop period and the measure stop period and the stop time are stored in the storage part 4. Data stored in the storage part 4 are transferred to an external storage device through a communication part 7 and a control part 3 displays the time required for the transfer of data to the external storage device on a display part 6.
