To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus and an ophthalmologic control method, and a program which can maintain a distance between a proximity limit position of means for acquiring intraocular pressure information of a subject eye and a cornea of the subject eye irrespective of the radius of curvature of the cornea.

An ophthalmologic apparatus includes: position detection means which detects a position at the time of a positioning in an operation distance direction by positioning means; first acquisition means which acquires information on the radius of curvature of a cornea of a subject eye; second acquisition means which acquires information on the intraocular pressure of the subject eye at a predetermined position within a movable range, which is a range in the operation distance direction not exceeding a proximity limit position to the subject eye; and control means for controlling the second acquisition means which maintains a predetermined interval in the operation distance direction between the proximity limit position and the cornea of the subject eye irrespective of the radius of curvature of the cornea of the subject eye on the basis of the output from the position detection means and the first acquisition means.
